Travel Document is issued to Nepali nationals in case of loss or damage of their passports. The Travel Document issued by the Embassy is valid for one way journey to Nepal and is valid for a period of month from the date of issue.
Application Procedure
i. Police Report
ii. Duly Filled Application Form
iii. Photo Copy of Lost Passport with Valid Visa Page
iv. Citizenship Certificate Showing the Details of Lost Passport.
v. Travel Document free for the lost/damaged case.
vi. Travel Document Fees (Minor): Taka 5350/-
